Beverly L.W. Sunn, SGSM-T
Founder & President of Asia Pacific Properties (APP), Beverly LW Sunn is one of the first American female entrepreneurs to establish a real estate and relocation firm in this region. APP is headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in China - Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
Sunn's professional career spans more than 20 years in the U.S., Hong Kong and China. She serves on the International Advisory Council of Luxury Portfolio of the Chicago based Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. She has served on the Members' Leadership Board of NAI, a network of independent commercial real estate firms, and completed a three year term on the Board of Directors of Worldwide ERC (Employee Relocation Council), headquartered in Washington D.C. As an industry leader in real estate & relocation Beverly is often asked to participate as a speaker and panel member at international conferences.
Beverly is a former President of the American Club Hong Kong (the first and only woman to occupy the post in the club's 85-year history) and a former board member of the Hong Kong chapter of the International Woman's Forum (IWF). She is a founding member of the 'Women of Influence' conference in the Hong Kong business community.
In the fall of 2012, Beverly was appointed to Thomson Reuters Founders Share Company Board of Directors. Beverly holds a B.A. and a M.S. from Boston University.

Joshua Miller, Director
Joshua brings 18 years of experience across the areas of strategy, finance, marketing and relocation operations to Asia Pacific Properties and its real estate brokerage subsidiary OKAY.com. Joshua is a Director of Asia Pacific Properties, overseeing Commercial Real Estate, and the CEO of OKAY.com. Joshua is also the Chairman of Asia Pacific Leadership Committee for the Worldwide ERC® (Employee Relocation Council).
Prior to joining Asia Pacific Properties in 2005, Joshua was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley, where he spent eight years working in the Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking divisions in Hong Kong and New York.
Born in the U.S. and raised in Hong Kong, Joshua obtained his BA at Dartmouth College with a major in Asian Studies and minor in Economics, and later completed his MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
